We vet guests before bookings and ensure property inspections after every single booking. If something is found to be damaged, Baio will ensure the appropriate host protection claims are filed on your behalf.
How will I know how my property is doing?
We will forward regular reports detailing bookings, occupancy, income and reviews, but you can always feel free to contact us about this at any time.
Can you find and manage a property for me, too?
